Mechanical Systems

Streamline operation of the HVAC systems within the church complex in order to make overall energy usage more efficient and maintenance more manageable. Boiler potential is single point of failure in that most heat throughout the complex is provided by it alone.

Elevator has antiquated controls that make it difficult and costly to maintain on an ongoing basis. Additionally, we believe that there may be safety issues if we do not address this in some way.

HVAC

• Contract to replace controls & boilers signed
• Expected Start Date early February.
• C&R Mechanical Selected as vendor.

Elevator

• Contract being reviewed by lawyers.
• Expected Start Date early February.
• Midwest Elevator Selected as the vendor.

Restrooms

• Lower Level Restroom bids received.
• Planned Start Date early March.
• Multiple vendors will be involved.

St. Nicholas Sanctuary

Artistic Repairs

• Sky and Stars were completed by Christmas
• Continuing to perform touch-ups as needed
• Other repair work identified for future projects

Lighting

• Reviewing bids and prioritizing with other projects

Windows & Stained Glass

• This is considered a maintenance effort
• We are working to obtain funding for this improvement
