Teddy Hart

Teddy (Varvares) Hart, a Saint Louis native, is Senior Director of Data Operations at TALX, a provider of Equifax Workforce Solutions. She has over 35 years of experience in operations management, training, and project management.

• TALX: 1997 – present: Led and managed client data onboarding, data quality and loading, quality assurance systems testing, and project management teams.
• McDonnell Douglas, Saint Louis, MO: 1995 – 1997: Senior Instructional Designer, leading a project to retrain the entire workforce on new processes and software resulting from enterprise-wide re-engineering.
• Teledyne Brown Engineering, Huntsville, AL: 1989 – 1995: Developed and conducted Spacelab mission simulations to train crew, payload controllers, and international scientific community at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center.
• Clear Business Communications, Huntsville, AL 1983 – 1989: Owner and manager of Clear Business Communications, a communications skills training firm developing materials for and teaching technical writing, editing, business writing, proofreading and editing, as well as providing technical writing, editing, and proofreading services to government and private industry.

At Saint Nicholas she is a member of the senior choir, the Philoptochos Ladies Society, the Stewardship committee, the Prison Ministry, and the Prayer Shawl Ministry and she currently serves as treasurer of the St. Louis area International Orthodox Christian Charities committee.

Teddy is married to James Hart. She has two grown children, Nathan and Sarah, who live in Asheville, North Carolina and Chattanooga, Tennessee, respectively, and a grandson, Kaleb. She is an avid reader and gardener.

Teddy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
