Upgrade and streamline operation of the HVAC systems within the church complex in order to make overall energy usage more efficient and maintenance more manageable. Mitigate the risk of one antiquated boiler being a potential single point of failure for most of the heating throughout the facility by creating a zoned approach splitting the boiler workload between two boiler units.

• Replace antiquated boiler with two new boiler units.
• Replace pnuematic controls with electronic ones.
• Remove asbestos from piping.
• Replace some of the air conditioning units as needed.
• Integrate our multiple systems to create more manageable and stable heating and cooling.
• Realize significant energy savings.

Elevator

Upgrade and modernize elevator to ensure fire and safety codes are met and the safety of our parishioners is maintained at the highest possible level.

• Replace leaking piston.
• Replace vacuum tube controls with electronic ones.
• Update car with lighting and panels.
• Upgrade fire capabilities and add emergency phone.
